Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
If NyxGenIT fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service contract or proposal.
If a project is canceled by NyxGenIT before any work has started.
If duplicate or incorrect payments are made by the client.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed or partially completed services
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, scope changes)
Change of mind after project initiation
Third-party service costs (e.g., domain, hosting, APIs, licenses)
Custom development or personalized solutions
3. Refund Request Process

4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a refund is approved after partial work completion, NyxGenIT reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on:
Work already completed
Resources utilized
Time spent on the project
Any third-party costs incurred
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.
NyxGenIT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or financial institutions.
6. Service Modifications & Cancellations
Clients may request project modifications or cancellations by submitting a written request. Any approved cancellation after work has started may be subject to:
Cancellation fees
Deduction for work already completed
Non-refundable third-party expenses
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact NyxGenIT first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate service suspension
Termination of ongoing projects
Additional administrative or legal fees
